It is a 1943 Bantam T-3 1/4 ton trailer and although the data plate had been painted over many times the serial number 10469 and date of manufacture 1-20-43 (month-day-year) were still visible. Only Bantam recorded the date in full, Willys stamped only the month and year. There are a couple places to look for your serial number on your Willys MBT or Bantam T3 trailer First, If you find a trailer with its data plate still on the trailer, then it will have your serial number on it. Most are missing if the trailer has been sitting out in the elements.COLOUR & FINISH OF PARTS-TRAILERS1/4TONWILLYS MBT - BANTAM T3 - M100Thisis New, only initial details listed, other Trailers will be listed when I getinformation.Last Update :- 7th July 2015 -This is a ’Work In Progress’To make corrections and additions or to helpwith Photos please emailme G503.com/ JeepDraw.com:COLOUR & FINISH OF PARTS GPW - MB - GP:: HowTo Identify Your WW2 1/4 Ton Trailer:: OnlineRegister and database of WW2 Jeep 1/4 ton Trailers in Australia.:Note:In the TM Trailer Photo above right, the Trailer is missing the rear crossmember.
